Novo XIV Extrait De Parfum

A little peace in a world that rarely slows down.

I often refer to Novo XIV as my "zen" fragrance.

When I started working on it, I wanted to explore what would happen if I brought together two things that have long been associated with relaxation: lavender and matcha.

Lavender has this familiar, comforting aroma, while matcha is green, earthy and a little unexpected in perfumery. On their own, they're completely different. Together, they create something that feels remarkably natural.

Novo XIV opens with lemon and bergamot, giving the fragrance a bright, refreshing introduction. As the citrus settles, lavender and matcha begin to emerge. Neither is meant to overpower the other. The soft, aromatic character of lavender blends with the smooth, green quality of matcha, while petitgrain, neroli and sage help bring the two together.

Vetiver, patchouli and an ambergris accord provide a woody, slightly mineral foundation that gives the fragrance depth without taking away from its calming character.

Novo XIV isn't meant to smell like a traditional lavender fragrance or a cup of matcha tea. It's about finding the space somewhere between the two.

A little balance. A little clarity. A moment to yourself.
